Arizona State University Research Park Celebrates its 40th Anniversary This Year

Arizona State University Research Park celebrates its 40th anniversary this year as the university’s original Innovation Zone. In 1956, the Arizona State College Foundation acquired 320 acres of land for experimental agriculture use, laying the groundwork for what would later become the ASU Research Park at Elliot Road and Loop 101 in Tempe. Kyowa Kirin Co. Builds Cutting-Edge Manufacturing Facility in RTP Region

Kyowa Kirin Co. is building a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in NC's Research Triangle Park region. Kyowa Kirin will invest up to $530 million in the construction of a 171,700-square-foot, two-bioreactor facility, scheduled to break ground this summer. The new facility will accelerate Kyowa Kirin’s development and production of biologic therapies. Read more.

 

New Boeing Location at Embry‑Riddle Will Bring 400 High-Paying Jobs to Florida 

Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University and Boeing have announced a new partnership that will bring 400 high-paying jobs to Volusia County, Florida, through 2026. Forbes magazine has issued a new report identifying public and private universities across the U.S. outside the Ivy-League that employers report graduate students highly sought by employers. UNLV Research Foundation Approves Agreement for Future "Nevada Studios Campus" at Harry Reid Research & Tech Park

The UNLV Research Foundation unanimously granted approval last month for an agreement with Gardner Nevada Tech Park Studios, a Gardner Group affiliate, to oversee development of a 34-acre media production and multi-use facility complex at the university’s Harry Reid Research & Technology Park in Southwest Las Vegas.
